Day22: Abilene to Topeka, KS 106 miles, avg speed 15.1mphToday was hard. The wind was wrong there were too many hills and it was long. A number of people gave up and rode in the van to the motel.
Not much to look at but I did see four wild turkeys.
Tomorrow Ty and Jyl leave. I hear that everyone enjoys Ty's blog. Not to worry. In July he's going to France to ride some of the stages of the Tour de France. (He's not in the Tour he's riding some of the stages for fun.)
Tomorrow is supposed to be easier. I sure hope so.
Greetings from Lori and Alan, they are here from NC enjoying Ohio weather. It is very stormy here tonight. We all are thinking of you and know that since you are half way, you will definitely be in Boston in three weeks.
